simplified at your fingertips.
Abhilekha helps businesses produce official legal documents without drafting them by hand. A company profile is saved once, a template is picked, and an approval-ready PDF comes out the other end. We designed and built the product end to end: the document workflow, the approval system, the PDF pipeline, and the share transfer portal that keeps ownership records current.
The product had one promise to keep: generate official documents in just one click. Everything in the architecture, from templates and profiles to approval gates, exists to make that single click safe.
02The challenge
Drafting legal documents manually is slow and unforgiving. Abhilekha needed software where the correct, compliant version is the default output, not something a careful person has to produce. Three failure modes shaped the entire design:
Re-typed details
The same company information was entered by hand into every single document, and every entry was a chance to get it wrong.
Broken formatting
Documents moved between editors, templates, and printers, and the formatting rarely survived the trip intact.
Compliance risk
A missed clause in a legal document isn't a typo, it's a liability. Correctness depended entirely on whoever was drafting.

An identity built on
institutional blue.
Legal software has to feel official before it feels friendly. The identity hangs on a single institutional blue, the color of ink stamps and government seals, set in Manrope for the interface with full Devanagari support for the documents themselves.

Creating legal documents

Share transfer portal
The centerpiece of the platform: a guided flow for changing company ownership. A new owner is added to the system, shares move between parties through the same approval gates as every document, and the supporting reports and paperwork generate themselves the moment the transfer happens.
Template engine
Pre-built templates for contracts, agreements, and compliance forms, crafted to professional standards. Legal correctness lives in the template, not in whoever is typing.
Customer profiles
Company details are entered once, approved, and reused across every document. The re-typing that caused most errors simply doesn't exist anymore.
Approval workflow
Both customers and documents pass through preview-and-approve gates before anything is final. Nothing unreviewed ever leaves the system.
One-click PDF export
Approved documents export as clean, print-ready PDFs in seconds, with formatting that holds up for printing and signatures.
Security & reliability
Multifactor authentication on every account, daily data backups, and per-plan data retention windows. Table stakes for software that holds legal paperwork.
